What price currency is being displayed?
All pricing displayed in our online store is in AUD (Australian Dollars). We reserve the right to change or alter prices without notice.
We do have a currency converter. To convert the prices displayed in your local currency please select your country or region on the drop down menu on the left hand side. If your country or region isn’t displayed please contact us directly at salesat2crafty@optusnet.com.au.
How do we place an order?
Register for an account online. You will be notified with 24 hours by email to let you know that your account has been activated. Please be sure to fill in all of your business details that are required if you are applying for a wholesale account.
Orders can be placed very quickly and easily online. There are no minimum quantity requirements so all items CAN be ordered individually. Wholesale customers we normally recommend ordering a minimum of 3 for your store.
What will happens after ordering?
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. It will then show “Processing”. At this time we will be designing, picking, cutting, packaging and labelling your order. It will then be boxed and changed to “Fulfilled” on the website and an email notification will be emailed to your address on file, with the tracking number for your order via Australia Post.
Please be advised that during busy times or due to large wholesale most orders are now shipped within (1-3 days for retail orders and 21 days for Wholesale Orders). This may vary and if it will be any longer we will notify you of any delay in your order.
If you require your order by a particular date, please put your requested date in the comments section when placing your order. All orders are processed in the order they are received in.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, all invoices and receipts of your order will be emailed directly to the registered email on your account. We will also include a packing slip or invoice when we ship out your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order, please contact us within 3 business days, and we will correct the error. A credit may be issued or a replacement product sent with your next order.
