Shipping 2Crafty uses Australia post for its deliveries. Charges will be applied after your order is packed and you will be charged actual postal costs. Placing and Accepting Orders Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and 2Crafty is satisfied with the integrity of the order. 2Crafty is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery 2Crafty’s main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organize an exchange for you. You must contact us immediately and we will do our up most to resolve your problem. Do not return goods without prior arrangement with us. 2Crafty is a wholesale business we only supply legitimate retail outlets. This includes internet based businesses which advertise and have secure online payment facilities with fully functioning shopping carts on their website. We do not supply home based businesses unless they are located in a remote geographic region where it is not commercially viable to set up a conventional retail outlet. We do not supply to eBay stores at all.
